If you’re using our imagery for your own social media, website, marketing or email, even for a business, Creator covers it. You only need a Commercial license if you sell products or client work that include our images. Not sure? Find your license in 60 seconds.

A Commercial license, kept active while you create content for paying clients. If you want work to stay live after you stop your membership, choose Commercial Plus.

For a single client project, your active Commercial license covers our imagery in the work you deliver, so that client doesn’t need their own. On Commercial it must come down if your membership ends; Commercial Plus keeps it live for good. If you build sites for many clients, or want each one licensed independently of you, that’s a sublicensing setup, so talk to us about Enterprise.

No. Annual just means you’re billed once a year instead of monthly. It doesn’t change your license.

You can’t share, resell or redistribute the downloads themselves. Selling products or work made with our imagery needs a Commercial or Commercial Plus license.

Normal edits are welcome: color, crop, exposure and retouching in Lightroom, Photoshop or any editor like that. What you can’t do is put our imagery through ChatGPT, Midjourney or other AI tools to alter or regenerate it, including to add your own product into a scene. To drop your product into our photography properly, use Creative Studio, our own tool built and licensed for exactly that.

Yes, on the commercial plans. Commercial and Commercial Plus include team seats, so each staff member gets their own login and their own commercial license coverage.

Yes. Every seat is a separate account with its own login, its own boards, its own favorites and its own creative tools. Nothing is shared between seats, so each person’s saved work stays their own. The account owner simply covers the billing.

Your plan includes one seat (you). Add extra seats when you join or anytime from your account, and each new person is invited by email. Seats are billed per member and prorated, so you only pay for what you use.

Please don’t, one login is for one person. Team seats are the proper way to bring your staff in, and they each get their own private account and access.

Unlimited. Download as much as you like, as often as you like, for as long as you’re a member.

Images and videos download instantly. Creative assets open in Canva or download directly, depending on the format.

In the member area, open search, choose Colors, then use the eyedropper or type a hex code to find imagery in that shade.

No. Templates use a mix of free and pro Canva elements; on a free account you may need to swap a pro element for a free one before downloading.

Everything is self-serve. From your account you can switch plans, update your card, view invoices and cancel, all in a few clicks.

Yes. Your invoices are available anytime from the billing area in your account.

In your account settings. Update your email there and it syncs across your membership automatically.

Because the portal is digital, we don’t issue refunds, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until your period ends. EU members waive their 14-day withdrawal right on accessing digital content, which you agree to at checkout.

Yes. You can add your own images or screenshots straight to your boards to build them out alongside our library.
